Older people who simply feel isolated in their current housing situation and want to live in a community with others may also find our residences to be an uplifting option.
The average gross income for our residents was $13,000 in 2019. To qualify for residency, individuals must be 62 years old or disabled and meet HUD Income Guidelines. Each resident is only required to pay 30% of his or her adjusted annual income toward the cost of housing and utilities.
