How do I qualify for housing at a Graceworks property? 
Residents must meet federal HUD income guidelines, be aged 62 or older or have a recognized disability to live in a Graceworks housing property.

Where do I go if I feel I am being discriminated against for housing opportunities? 
Graceworks follows all Fair Housing practices. If you feel you are facing discrimination, please contact The US Department of Housing and Urban Development at 1-800-669-9777 .

Does my rent include the utilities?
Utilities are included except electric at Martin Luther, Redeemer, St Mark, and St Marks.

What common utilities will be my responsibility as a resident?
Residents can choose to pay for internet phone, cellphone, or cable TV. We do not allow satellite dishes to be installed.

If I have a maintenance emergency is someone on call? 
 Maintenance is on call and can respond to emergencies 24/7. These individuals deal with building issues.

Can I engage in activities and socialization? 
Yes, service coordinators and site managers regularly plan special building gatherings where neighbors can meet and become friends. This includes game nights and potluck dinners. The events are free to attend.

If I need care will someone come and see to my needs on-site?
– No we do not provide personal or skilled nursing care but we can coordinate care in instances where warranted by assessment.

Can I have a pet? 
Yes, residents are allowed a small pet. A deposit is required.
