Grace Lutheran Remodels

For the residents of Grace Lutheran, located in Greensburg, Indiana, 2015 and 2016 are years of remodeling. The Housing Services community benefited from cost savings generated by refinancing. Over four hundred thousand dollars were freed up and earmarked for capital projects to the community, including the creation of a wellness center, upgraded laundry facilities and modernized elevators. Twenty-one one-bedroom apartments were remodeled and now feature new bathroom vanities, lighting, medicine cabinets, faucets and sinks.

Outside, residents will benefit from increased security thanks to the installation of cameras and surveillance equipment. Other outside additions include landscaping, a gazebo for resident use and maintenance storage shed for employees.
Grace Lutheran features 40 studio and one-bedroom apartments.
