IT Education for Lutheran Community Residents

Residents from Lutheran Community, a Graceworks Housing Services property in Lawrenceburg, Indiana, are excited about a volunteer who is teaching computer skills.  The volunteer, Toni-Ann is an employee of The Kroger Company and works in their IT Department.  She has been an IT specialist for over 20 years.  Toni-Ann reached out to Lutheran Community by responding to our post on “VolunteerMatch.org.”

In January, Toni-Ann volunteered on four different days over the month for a total of eight hours.  She is also helping four more days this month.  Toni-Ann states that our residents are very eager to learn, respectful of her and seem to be really getting a lot out of her teaching.

The residents give huge kudos to Toni-Ann about how she is attentive to detail, has strong teaching ability and is very knowledgeable.  They are looking forward to her return.
